REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your NestHaven order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, email us at thenesthavenstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return. If you have questions about your specific order, reach out before sending anything back.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that point, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
