Is it sturdy, or is it flimsy plastic?
The frame is steel tube — that's what carries the weight — and the trays are a lightweight ribbed polymer that sits into the frame. It's sized for everyday household things: pantry jars, towels, craft supplies, toiletries. It is not a heavy-duty utility cart, so skip the hand weights and paint cans. Reviewers who load it with groceries and drinks call it sturdier than expected; those expecting something furniture-weight find it lighter than they pictured.
What size should I get?
The 3-Tier is about 27″ tall — counter height, and the one most people pick. The 4-Tier is about 37″ for maximum storage in the same footprint. Both are 14″ wide × 9″ deep. Several buyers mention it's more compact than they pictured, so measure your gap before you order.
Will it fit in the gap beside my fridge?
At 14″ wide and 9″ deep it's built for exactly that kind of narrow gap. Measure your space first — if you have 15″ of width, it slides in with room to pull it out by the handle.
How hard is assembly?
About five minutes, no tools. The tiers click onto the frame and the wheels press in by hand. One tip from buyers: seat each wheel straight and press it home with your palm rather than forcing it at an angle — that's the one step people find fiddly.

How long does shipping take?

You have 30 days from delivery, even if you've assembled and used it. Email support@nesthaven.co with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label for a full refund. Return shipping is on us and there's no restocking fee.
