Tools: 30 days, free return shipping

This covers the spin scrubber, drill brush set, and grooming glove. Use it for real. If it hasn't earned its spot by day 30, email support@nesthaven.co with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once it's back, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No restocking fee, no questions.

The item should come back with all its parts. Normal use is fine — that's the point. It doesn't need to be in the original box.

Consumables: replacement if it arrives wrong

This covers the toilet tablets. Because they're used up, they can't be returned once opened. But if they arrive damaged, leaking, or you got the wrong item, email a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or refund. You don't need to send anything back.

Damaged or wrong on arrival — any product

Email a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately or refund you, whichever you prefer. Keep the damaged item; we'll tell you if the carrier needs it.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with. Most appear in 3–5 business days after we process them; some banks take up to 10.

Changed your mind before it shipped?

Email us fast. If it hasn't left the warehouse we'll cancel and refund in full. Once it's in transit, use the 30-day return instead.
